With regular use, you can finally wake up feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. We use Genuine Zechstein™ magnesium chloride in our topical magnesium products. This unadulterated pure magnesium chloride is drawn from the ancient Zechsten Seabed from approximately 2 miles beneath the surface of the earth.
It is free of: Mercury, Lead, Arsenic, Fluoride. This lotion also has olive oil, shea butter, bees wax and lavender oil. Apply to top and bottom of feet and inner elbows half hr before bed. Rub into sore muscles as needed.

Amazing, not only does it smell good and have ingredients like shea butter, olive oil, bees wax & magnisum to name a few but it is soothing, relaxing, & improved my sleeping the first night. Woke up refreshed and actually slept an extra 3 hours. I am sold on this product!
This stuff is amazing! I hqve suffered with insomnia all my life and after the first night of using this it had me sleeping like a baby.
